Coenzyme q10 skin recipe
Coenzyme Q10 skin products have seen a recent introduction into the beauty industry. Previously, coenzyme q10 was used in general health.
In skin care recipe, it is quite similar to Retinol or Vitamin A because it is a very small molecule that can easily get past the outer skin layer to reach the deeper layers. Coenzyme q10 is a potent antioxidant; once it reaches the deeper layers of the skin, it frees the skin from damaging free radicals.
Naturally produces by our bodies, Coenzyme q10’s production decreases with age. In order to preserve the amount of it needed, supplemental use of it is recommended.
