1/2 teaspoon of wheat germ oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Honey Based Shampoo
Ingredients:
3 teaspoons of honey
1 egg yolk*
1 or 2 lemons
Get lemon juice ready before you start. Add honey and yolk and stir. Start adding lemon juice until the mass is consistent. Apply as a regular shampoo and rinse off.
* Always make sure you use fresh eggs

Green tea skin care
New research from Medical College of Georgia reveals anti-inflammatory properties of green tea that might help treat conditions such as psoriasis and dandruff.
Here are a couple of recipes containing green tea:
Simple green tea facial toner
Ingredients
* 2 teaspoons of powdered green tea
* 1/2 of boiling water
Preparation
* Steep green tea in boiling water for 10 minutes
* Let it cool and apply it on the face with cotton balls (gauze)

Strawberry skin care
Over at Realself, there’s a post on benefits of strawberry and on strawberry skin care. Anna Kournikova apparently uses strawberries as part of her skin care. I am sure she uses only organic ones, though
Most of the strawberry masks I know of are highly recommended for oily skin and skin prone to inflammation as strawberries are known to cleanse the skin very well. (more…)
