OK, what is wrong with people?! First they introduce nightingale poop facial (remember the Geisha facial ?), then fish pedicure (which has been banned, supposedly), and now? Now they praise the cat litter facial mask? OK, what is so wrong with old fashioned, natural, “normal” facial mask?

I found a recipe for cat litter facial mask on about.com. I’ve seen weirder things posted there (I actually use about.com a lot, love it as a reference) but I can’t wrap my mind around this one. If cat litter was good for your face, don’t you think the big pharmaceutical/cosmetic companies wouldn’t have got a hold of the recipe yet? Also, they recommend “Drops of your favorite essential oil” which is misleading because we know that not every essential oil is good for all skin types and some essential oils can really be bad if not used properly.
